Who we are

This website is operated by Joash Chan (CEA Reg. No. R072204E), a licensed real estate salesperson with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (Estate Agent Licence No. L3008022J). It is a marketing site and is not operated by the developer of Thomson Reserve.

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number and, if you provide it, email address.
• Your answers to the short qualifier: preferred unit type, budget range and purchase timeline.
• Technical and marketing data: the page you landed on, referral code, campaign parameters (utm_*, gclid, fbclid), and your browser's user agent string.

Why we collect it

• To contact you about Thomson Reserve, including pricing, floor plans and preview appointments.
• To understand which advertising produced your enquiry so we can manage our campaigns.
• To comply with our obligations under the Estate Agents Act and Council for Estate Agencies guidelines.

Who sees it

Your details are stored in a private spreadsheet accessible to the small group of PropNex Realty Pte Ltd salespersons marketing this project, and may be shared with the developer's sales team only when you ask us to arrange a showflat appointment. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Third-party tools used on this site (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, when enabled) receive anonymised event data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as the project is being marketed and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete them earlier, or a longer period is required by law.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent, ask what data we hold about you, or ask for it to be corrected or deleted at any time by contacting Joash Chan on WhatsApp at +6591267520. We will act on the request within a reasonable time and confirm when it is done.

Do Not Call

By ticking the consent box on the registration form you agree that we may contact you by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about Thomson Reserve even if your number is on the National Do Not Call Registry. This consent is limited to this project and can be withdrawn as described above.
